At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Apply evidence-based approaches to the diagnosis and management of common and high-risk pediatric emergencies, including seizures, febrile illness, trauma, and ingestion/foreign body cases.
- Recognize time-sensitive pediatric conditions and red flags across multiple systems (neurologic, dermatologic, musculoskeletal, cardiac, and dental) to guide appropriate investigations, interventions, and referrals.
- Enhance clinical confidence and decision-making in the pediatric emergency department through case-based learning, practical tips, and up-to-date management strategies tailored to the unique needs of children.
